Richard Okun, the deputy chief of the British police, said that an investigation is underway to determine the exact nature of the incident. Earlier, police said an army explosive ordnance disposal team was investigating vehicles near Royal Air Force Base Farford in Gloucestershire and that houses in the nearby village of Walford had been evacuated and a security fence had been put in place while the investigation continued.
