Chinese Vice President Han Zheng, in his speech at the UN General Assembly, called for respect for the sovereignty and security of the countries of the Middle East.

According to him, "China believes that the sovereignty and security of the countries of the Middle East, including the countries of the Persian Gulf, must be respected. "Industrial processes and the supply of goods at the international level must remain stable and uninterrupted and protected from global trade."

Mr. Han also called for the recognition of Palestinian sovereignty and the rehabilitation of Gaza.

He also said: "China wants to advance the governance process of the West Bank and the reconstruction of Gaza after the conflicts, based on the principle of "Management of Palestine by the Palestinians".
