The pilot of this flight, Varash Airlines, says in this video that this flight will be canceled "because the neighboring countries of Tajikistan did not allow us to fly from their airspace" and the passengers will be transferred to the port of departure in Tehran.

Flight tracking website FlightRadar24 shows that the Varash Airlines flight from Tehran to Dushanbe took off from Imam Khomeini Airport in Tehran on the morning of Thursday, October 2, and after an hour and eight minutes of flight, it landed again at the same airport.

Majed Akhavan, spokesman for the Iranian Civil Aviation Organization, told the ISNA news agency that the reason for the cancellation of this flight is that "Turkmenistan did not issue permission to the Iranian airlines to fly in the sky" and this flight returned to Tehran. Reports indicate that all flights of Iranian airlines to the United Arab Emirates have been canceled today.
