It was said that Khiva Seifzadeh was arrested on charges of "concert without permission and performing solo as a singer in front of an audience of men".

Khiva Saifisada, a singer living in Iran, was arrested on March 9, 1403. Sources close to Mrs. Saifisada confirmed at the same time that she was arrested during a concert in the presence of the security forces in the "Robharu Building" hall in the center of Tehran.
