Trump: I will never let Iran get nuclear weapons

In his speech to the UN General Assembly, Donald Trump called the Islamic Republic of Iran "the biggest sponsor of assassination" and said the Iranian government had been spreading "death, destruction and chaos" in the Middle East for years.

He said: "I will never let Iran obtain nuclear weapons" and added that after the beginning of his term he started negotiations with Iran and offered full economic cooperation in exchange for ending the nuclear program and support for the assassination, but according to him Iran rejected this offer.

Trump also said that the US military targeted Iran's nuclear program in Operation Midnight Hammer, after which he asked Tehran to make a deal, but Iran again refused. He then accused Iran of continuing to accumulate missiles and drones, which he said threaten the security of American forces and other countries in the region.
