Mustafa Izadi, deputy commander of the Revolutionary Guards, said that the Iranian armed forces are "strengthening their military capabilities."

According to reports in the Iranian media, he welcomed the nightly presence of government supporters in the streets and said: "If the vigilance of people in the arena continues, many of the enemy's plots will be thwarted, and this will create a valuable deterrent effect for the country."

The deputy commander of the Revolutionary Guards also said that "Today we are strengthening our capabilities in the field of missiles, drones, cruise missiles, cyber systems, electronic warfare and air defense."
