Russia informed Moscow that two people were killed in a ground attack by a Ukrainian drone
Russian state media reported that two people were killed in the Ukrainian drone attacks on Moscow and an oil refinery was also targeted in the Russian capital.
These attacks took place on the eve of the Russian parliamentary elections.
The mayor of Moscow said during these attacks, part of the Moscow refinery was damaged and more than 30 planes were canceled or grounded. According to him, these attacks were carried out in order to influence the elections.
These attacks continued while Donald Trump, the president of the United States of America, said last week that both sides agreed not to carry out ground attacks on each other's oil facilities.
This agreement was made due to the global fuel and energy crisis.
