On The Truth Network, Mr. Trump called artificial intelligence an "industrial revolution" and compared its impact to a time when the Internet became ubiquitous.

He wrote: "I am establishing an Artificial Intelligence Force (AI Corps); just as in the first term of my presidency, I established the Space Force, which has been an extraordinary success.

Mr. Trump has predicted that the artificial intelligence industry has the potential to account for as much as 25 percent of the U.S. gross domestic product and said he will soon unveil the top of that force.

The American president also said that his country surpassed "China and other parts of the world" in the field of artificial intelligence and he is trying to maintain this superiority.

In response to the concerns of companies active in the field of artificial intelligence about the speed of growth of this technology, Mr. Trump says that it will not hinder the growth of this "extraordinary industry" in any way, but will help it grow. 📸 Getty
