In a telephone interview, US President Donald Trump reiterated that Iran is seeking an agreement with this country.

The News Nation network says that Mr. Trump said in a telephone interview with the network's reporter Robert Sherman, explaining his recent statements that he is considering the option of "destroying" Iran, "we have to see what happens."

"I have a big decision to make soon," he told news website Axios on Thursday. Do I want to act and destroy them [the Iranian regime] or not? It's a big decision. "Everything can happen from my side."

In response to a News Nation reporter who asked what he expected from Iran before making such a decision, Mr. Trump reiterated that Tehran was seeking to reach an agreement.

According to him, Iran is "losing in all areas" economically and militarily. Donald Trump added: "If the deal [with Iran] is not the right deal, I won't even think about it; But now they want an agreement, because they are breaking in all areas."
