Syria's Ministry of Energy announced on Sunday (September 13/22) that the price of some oil products will rise "between 25 and 40 percent".

According to the report of the fuel product pricing committee in Syria, each liter of diesel fuel increased by 40%, from 125 to 175 Syrian pounds ($32.1 per liter). The price of local gas also increased by more than eight percent.
