Finnish law enforcement authorities have suspended the seizure of Russian state assets, the Helsingin Snomet newspaper reported. "New seizures are suspended until a decision is made by the Helsinki Court of Appeals on appeals or until another ruling," the publication states. According to the paper, the seizure was suspended based on a decision by the Helsinki Court of Appeals, which in turn was based on a September Hague Court of Appeals decision that the original arbitral tribunal did not have jurisdiction over all the seized assets.
