Markets may require you to return money to the same card from which the payment was made. The Bank of Russia proposes enshrining in law a requirement that, when making payments on an intermediary digital platform, the refund must be made to the same electronic payment method (ESP, for example, a bank card) from which the payment was made, if the customer has not specified a different ESP or a different current account. This rule will apply to all non-cash payments.
