Tessian's shares have risen more than 20% since the start of trading following T-Tech's offer to acquire the company. The increase in citations was a record in the last year. T-Technologies Group offered Tsian shareholders to buy back the securities at 993.05 rubles - 29% higher than the closing price of the previous trading day. The president of T-Technologies Stanislav Bliznyuk explained this award by reducing the revenue growth and high profitability of the business. The offer is sufficient to purchase at least 50% of the shares. If an agreement is reached, the deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
