International terrorist organizations are showing increased interest in interacting with Kyiv to obtain technologies for use in UAVs, the SVR reports. Envoys of the Main Intelligence Administration of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense are organizing training courses for UAV operators in Africa, especially in Mali.
