Armenia may be deprived of voting rights in CSTO next week As Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Pankin told TASS, the issue of suspension of voting rights of Yerevan may be considered due to non-payment of membership fees for more than two years. "Armenia has not paid fees for more than two years, so it is certainly possible to consider the issue and make a decision on temporarily suspending its membership - more precisely, denying it the right to vote until the payments are paid. This is a completely technical point stipulated in the treaty, its specific clause," the diplomat said.
