US Vice President J. Dee Vance, called on Donald Trump to start negotiations with Iran to end the war, Axios reports. In his opinion, the conflict is very unpopular among Americans. Privately, Vance also criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, saying he was "wrong about everything" about Iran. Most of Trump's advisers support the vice president's position, but the American leader himself is still considering resuming hostilities. Vance also linked the Democrats' victory in the congressional elections to the war against Iran. "If you want to argue that it was worth it, then prove that it was a justified price," he wrote.
