German citizen Nikolai Gaydoch, who was accused of blowing up a gas station in Kaliningrad, was accused of espionage, TASS reports with reference to court documents. In 2024, Gaydoch was arrested on charges of carrying out an attack as well as manufacturing and smuggling explosives.
