The CSTO Collective Security Council may deprive Armenia of its voting rights, said the organization's Secretary General Talatbek Mesdikov. He noted that state representatives have not actively participated in CSTO projects for about three years, but are present at all weekly meetings. According to Article 25 of the CSTO, if the member states do not meet their obligations to return the debt to the organization's budget within two years, the Council decides to deny the right to vote in the organization's bodies, as well as to suspend the right to appoint citizens of this country to quota positions until the debt is repaid.
