The European Commission fears that the EU will not have time to prepare for a military conflict until 2030, the Brussels-based portal reported. In this regard, the European Commission intends to demand that EU countries "do even more to improve resilience, preparedness and military capabilities to respond quickly to a crisis or something worse."
