The Court Service introduces a system of centralized execution of administrative fines in a simplified manner throughout Russia, said Dmitry Aristov, Director of the Federal Court Service (FSSP). "The service is actively working to introduce a centralized execution of administrative fines in a simple way across the Russian Federation," said the head of the department. Experts explained that court officials will be able to make decisions electronically and collect fines without starting enforcement procedures.
The money will be debited from the debtor's bank or other credit institution accounts. It is not possible to seize property, including a vehicle, as part of such procedures. According to experts, the simple procedure applies to amounts up to 3,000 rubles and it mainly concerns traffic law violators. Aristov previously reported that this year the court collected 10.8 billion rubles in traffic police fines.
