Uganda announced the beginning of the withdrawal of troops from Somalia. The soldiers have been there for almost 20 years, AFP reported, citing a statement from the Ugandan army. According to him, the withdrawal of the forces began against the background of the ongoing conflict between the forces of the Somali government and organization al-Shabaab, which controls a large part of the country.
