The Russian government banned the export of certain types of petrochemical products outside the EAEU for three months. The restriction applies to coal and petroleum benzene, toluene, orthoxylene, paraxylene and phenol. The ban does not affect international transport, supplies as part of humanitarian aid and export of products to support the activities of Russian organizations in Spitsbergen.
