In several regions of Germany, needles and other metal objects were found in candy that children collected for Halloween, DPA writes. Law enforcement authorities believe that in the city of Leinfeld-Worbis (Thuringia) unknown people intentionally inserted needles into candy. A similar incident happened in Rhineland-Palatinate: tiny magnets were hidden in chewing candies.
