According to him, financial institutions cannot transfer responsibility to AI for mistakes and decisions on which the safety of customers' money depends. At the same time, language models are already effectively dealing with operational tasks: for example, AI helps to prepare responses to customers in 7 seconds instead of manual processing, and now real estate for loan can be evaluated in less than 30 seconds instead of three days.
