If the representatives of the European countries fly to Abu Dhabi, where there will be discussions on Ukraine, this will not be considered as their participation in the negotiations, the assistant of the Russian President Yuri Ushkov told Kommersant's special correspondent Andrey Kolesnikov. "If they buy plane tickets, fly to Abu Dhabi and hang out there somewhere, it means that occasionally those Ukrainians, and even those Americans, might report something, consult, maybe take into account several points of view, that is, such a complicated process can happen there."
