The Russian Ministry of Health proposed to expand the list of documents to confirm the age when purchasing tobacco products from September 1, 2027. In particular, it is proposed to add a temporary identity card for a stateless person in Russia, according to the department's draft published on the portal of drafts of regulatory legal actions.
