Aid to Ukraine from non-EU allies will decrease by almost five times by 2027 according to the "Financial Times", citing a forecast by the European Commission, the amount of funding from countries outside the European Union will amount to only 4 billion euros, compared to 19 billion euros in 2026. In this context, the EC is examining alternative options for supporting Kyiv, including the issuance of debt securities, and is also seeking to raise funds from Great Britain, Japan, Canada and other countries.
