Kyiv authorities are discussing the construction of integrated water crossings across the Dnieper and ways of access to them against the backdrop of increased Russian attacks on bridges, reports the mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Klitschko. For these needs, the authorities need a billion hryvnia.
