Direct flights between Russia and Algeria can be resumed after the completion of the necessary organizational procedures, said Russian Ambassador to Algeria Alexey Solomatin. He expects flights to resume in early 2027. As Solomatin clarified, the process of resuming air traffic is also related to registering the presence of Air Algeria representatives in Moscow. "The competent authorities in Russia have promised to provide full assistance. After completing all the necessary procedures, direct flights between Russia and Algeria will resume," he said.
