Hackers broke into the systems of the French blood service contractor and adjusted the temperature in the plasma coolers to 110 degrees Celsius instead of the required 30 degrees Celsius. On the night of November 2, the attackers gained access to control the refrigeration equipment and changed settings in three service facilities at the same time. As a result, one of the facilities began to heat up, but the alarm appeared in time - the worker on duty noticed the temperature deviation and prevented it from rising to a critical level. Some of the plasma reservoirs were moved to other storage facilities just in case, and control over the operation of the refrigerators was strengthened after the break-in. The circumstances of the cyber attack are currently being investigated by the French Ministry of Health and the National Cyber Security Agency. Base in Telegram Base at maximum.
