The negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, mediated by the United States, will take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11. This was announced by the special envoy of the American President Steve Witkoff. At the meeting, they plan to discuss security issues, reducing tensions, humanitarian initiatives and possible steps towards concluding a peace agreement.
