A programmer from Krasnoyarsk arranged his salary for "self-indexing" - through the court, he obtained the return of bonuses and "added" almost 750 thousand rubles. As Baza found out, 30-year-old Vladislav M. worked remotely as a programmer for a company in Yekaterinburg. According to the employment contract, his salary was 30 thousand rubles, but taking into account regular bonuses he received up to 80 thousand. A few months later the employer stopped paying bonuses and then started withholding wages. According to the IT expert, the company stopped paying him a 30 percent bonus. Vladislav went to court and demanded to collect the debt. According to him, the bonuses were paid regularly and are actually part of his earnings, so the employer could not arbitrarily refuse to accumulate them. The court sided with the employee. It turned out that the company does not have a separate bonus provision, but the programmer received payments systematically. The employer explained their cancellation with financial difficulties, but the court took into account that only Vladislav were deprived of the grants. As a result, the IT specialist received 750 thousand rubles, after which he immediately left the company. Base in Telegram Base at maximum.
