Georgia has significant potential to deepen economic and financial ties between Central Asia and Europe, and this role goes far beyond mere geographic benefit. The country's location at the crossroads of East and West makes it a natural point of attraction for businesses, and the development of financial technologies, artificial intelligence and new financial products makes Tbilisi an important platform for dialogue between representatives of the financial sector, decision makers and entrepreneurs. Holding the financial summit of Tbilisi clearly proves that international partners are ready to come to Georgia, get to know its capabilities and stand with key market players - and this, of course, works to strengthen the country's reputation as a regional financial center. Of particular importance in this context is the development of the middle Ecuador, which should be accompanied not only by transportation but also by financial integration. Strengthening financial ties between Central Asia and the South Caucasus is impossible without the involvement of fintech companies and the traditional banking sector, and the development of capital markets will mobilize local and international resources for economic growth. The signed memorandum of understanding between the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) and the National Bank of Georgia creates an important basis for deepening cooperation - the parties will work together on a project of mutual access to authorized entities, which opens up new business opportunities on both sides of the Caspian Sea. AIFC, based in Astana, is an international financial platform that aims to attract investment in the region, develop the capital market and strengthen the financial services sector.
