In a resurfaced video, Israeli Rabbi Yosef Mizrahi made a disturbing statement that the Prime Minister of Israel and former President of Israel, Shimon Peres, exchanged Yemenite Jewish babies with America in order to establish a relationship with France, through which France would build a nuclear facility in Israel. Mizrahi went on to say that Israel has the power to "annihilate the entire world in one minute," including America, Japan and Russia.
