China is not planning negotiations with the United States and Russia on Ukraine, German President Steinmeier said. According to him, during the talks in Beijing, Xi Jinping made it clear to him that no preparations are being made for such negotiations. At the same time, China believes that Europe should participate in the development of a possible peace solution.
