The Ministry for Digital Development proposed a three-level system to protect data centers from drones The Ministry for Digital Development prepared guidelines regarding the protection of data storage and processing centers from attacks by unmanned aerial vehicles. According to the proposed approach, it is proposed to distribute all critical data centers into three levels of significance. The first and highest level (K1) includes strategic facilities, the failure of which could lead to disruptions in the performance of key government functions within the first hour. The second level (K2) will include centers that support the operation of economically or socially significant systems on a regional and industrial scale, and their disruption can last for at least four hours. The third level (K3) will cover corporate data centers, the damage to which will cause serious losses to individual companies, but will not entail large-scale consequences for the entire country. For each of the listed categories, separate security criteria are given. The defense process itself is planned to be built according to a multi-level plan, which combines physical strengthening of buildings, the use of radio-electronic means as well as the use of systems to prevent air threats.
