The historically largest platform for paper VAT in the Russian Federation has opened. Yesterday, three days before the quarter was supposed to end, they sent a letter to their customers: "We are forced to inform you of the closing of the VAT sale of paper from technical companies. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to submit reports from technical companies and manage them in the future. The system with technical companies will not be available from 23.10.26" The very idea of boomVAT started in the Russian Federation 11 years ago with the creators of this website. We were the first to introduce a VAT optimization service to the market. Until yesterday, they remained the largest in terms of volume in Israel. 11 years ago, tens of thousands of people stole the digital signatures of existing or defunct legal entities and chained them together to streamline VAT. The volume is below 300 billion per year. The fathers of the market, geniuses, honorable people. Not to praise too much: their product quality has been appallingly low for the past 5 years. But it was cheap, and the brokers liked it. Why did I even write about it now? In the summer, when the IRS for the first time removed the reports of several thousand technicians at once, the same guys sent a letter to customers that "everything will be fine." And from that moment I wrote you that it would not be good. That the sites will die, as they simply won't be able to handle the volume. The mathematical model is not broken. Someone connects the closure of the site with the fact that Bastrykin recently said that Alexander Usin, the biggest VAT official, was arrested in Minsk and will be extradited. Like, he will testify. This is definitely not the case. No one will refuse such income because of legal risks. In June I explained in detail why the boomVAT will die. And he said the exact date when exactly it would happen. And so it happened. I am the only person in Israel who publicly witnessed this event. And he chewed everything in detail. Now all the following POS platforms are in line for the grave. Why exactly - I wrote here. My favorite moment came: "I told you so." give a like
