Entrepreneurs started building residential complexes without sewers in order to save money. The first such houses have already been erected in Yakutsk, said Deputy Viktor Fedorov. Instead of a central sewage system, they use septic tanks, like in village houses. This is how developers are now reducing the cost of construction: connecting to the municipal sewer requires huge costs, and the state compensates for the costs of septic tanks and removal of liquid household waste.
