The Russians want to pay off their mortgage completely for their fifth child. The initiative was taken by the St. Petersburg delegates. For the birth of a third child, the authorities ask to repay 25% of the mortgage amount, for the fourth - already 50%, and for the fifth - to repay the loan in full.
