Over the past six months, 73% of respondents have started turning to AI more frequently for work tasks, and 66% have started delegating more work to it. More than 60% of users entrust complex work tasks to Alice AI at least half of the time. The three most popular AI assistants included Alice AI (80%), ChatGPT (67%) and GigaChat (58%). At the same time, ChatGPT is the leader in working with data and code, GigaChat is more often used by DeepSeek for working with images (35% vs. 20%), and Alice is used for training and texts.
