France will be present at the talks between Ukraine, the US and Russia, which will be held on November 10-11 in Abu Dhabi, the country's foreign minister, Jean-Noel Barro, announced.
According to him, the Europeans will be "properly represented" in the negotiations. However, he did not specify who would represent France. Barrow also believes that Europe should participate in negotiations regarding Ukraine, and that its position and demands should be taken into account when making decisions.
The preliminary round of the trilateral talks between Kyiv, Washington and Moscow took place in Geneva, Switzerland on February 16-17.
