Experts who will restore energy, housing, community and railway infrastructure after Russian attacks will receive additional payments from the state, said Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky. 30,000 hryvnias will be paid monthly to energy workers, heat workers, gas workers, service workers and railway workers participating in rehabilitation works. The aid will be collected from November until the end of the heating season. The government explained this decision by the strength of the Russian attacks. According to Koretsky, every day Russia launches 300-400 drones at such objects, and also regularly carries out missile attacks, especially ballistic ones. Since August, more than 2,000 hits have been recorded in Ukraine.
