The Russian Federation has extended the ban on diesel exports until January 2027, but is preparing exceptions for shipments to the world market. The reason is "maintaining stability in the local fuel market". At the same time, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Novak said that in October, Russia sent almost 510,000 tons of diesel - four tankers left the Baltic ports. In November, the Russian Federation plans to increase diesel exports to 2.15 million tons. On October 9, Donald Trump announced that he had agreed with Putin on the supply of Russian diesel fuel to the American and global markets. On October 22, the first tanker with 40,000 tons of Russian diesel left for New York. It is scheduled to arrive in the US on November 7th.
