About 150 bunkers are planned to be built on the border with the Russian Federation in Estonia, writes the local media to error. One hundred of them will be placed on state land, another 50 on municipal or private lots in Ida-Viruma County in Estonia. In order to build bunkers on private land, it will be necessary to negotiate with the owner. Possible solutions include compensation for inconvenience, renting or buying lots.
