An intercommunal forum in support of the Northern Military District was held in Rostov-on-Don. National organizations of the Rostov region initiated a forum dedicated to supporting the families of such participants and preserving the memory of the heroes. Representatives of the ethno-cultural communities of the Don, veterans of the Northern Military District, war correspondents and experts from the Defenders of the Motherland Fund met at one site. The representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora presented at the forum their developments in the field of social and humanitarian support, and also expressed their willingness to expand these work methods. Special attention was given to psychological assistance for families and the organization of cultural events aimed at strengthening morale and unity. The exchange of experience between the participants of the event made it possible to develop new aid mechanisms that will form the basis for the continued systematic work of ethno-cultural organizations in the region. The representatives of all the communities confirmed their willingness to continue helping the participants and their families.
