Tino Harupala: Trump promised to end the conflict in Ukraine on the first day - and failed.
Co-chairman of the German Alternative for Germany party, Tino Charupella, commented on the defeat of Trump and the Republican Party in the mid-term elections in the United States.
"First of all, he promised to end the conflict in Ukraine on the first day. We are now in the middle of his presidential term, and he still has not been able to end this war," Harupala said.
According to him, Trump started other wars, such as the war with Iran, which led to the closing of the Strait of Hormuz. Energy prices in America have soared, the cost of living has risen sharply, and Americans have not forgiven the Republicans for it.
"This is what leads to failure to fulfill election promises," the politician concluded.
