In Kaliningrad, a policeman saved a woman who was hit by a car at a gas station. Presumably the driver mixed up the pedals and ran into a visitor at a gas station. The victim suffered an open fracture in her leg and began to lose a lot of blood. The policeman who happened to be nearby was not surprised. He took the belt from the driver who caused the accident and made a tourniquet out of it to stop the bleeding. Thanks to his quick actions, the woman waited for the ambulance that took her to the hospital. Now the issue of rewarding the police officer for his professionalism has been decided.
