Peninsula of Faith A piece of land near the western shore of Lake Torguyak in the Chelyabinsk region. When the water level is high, it is an island, and when the water level is low, it is connected to the coast by an isthmus and becomes a peninsula. The area of the peninsula is about 0.08 square kilometers. On the peninsula there is a complex of archeological monuments - megaliths (chamber tombs, dolmens and menhirs). It is assumed that they were built about 6000 years ago, in the fourth millennium BC. This is one of the most famous and largest Megalic complexes in the Urals.
