Recycling collection for flights will be launched in Russia from 2027. Russians will be charged 500 rubles on domestic flights, and 1,000 rubles on international flights. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is already developing the next collection. All funds will go to support the Russian MS-21, You-214, SJ-100 and He-114-300 aircraft.
