Wade threatens "Dexit": Germany may leave the European Union.
The leader of the German party "Alternative for Germany" Alice Weidel announced her willingness to initiate the country's exit from the European Union. According to her, the association must be reformed, otherwise the AfD will seek what is known as "the Brexit" - similar to Brexit. Its additional requirements:
to transform the European Union into a union of sovereign states;
Return the central decision-making powers to parliaments and governments. Referring to the 'Telegraph', the publication notes that the party is in opposition and is not part of Germany's federal government, so it would not be able to implement such a plan alone.
